Who We Are?

The idea came from a team of highly successful estate agents who, between them, have many years’ experience working in Residential Sales. Having worked for various well known estate agents, locally, nationally and within the highly competitive London market, the decline in the number of people physically walking through the doors of a typical ‘High Street Agent’ was becoming more and more apparent. That led us to question whether there is still a need for a High Street presence?

Could we challenge the traditional method of selling or buying property, yet still provide exceptional service to clients and purchasers? Is there room in the market for a more niche, online service whereby we can still sell property and deliver outstanding customer service?

We firmly believe the answer is yes!

The Rise of the Online Estate Agent

 In this fast paced life we now find ourselves living in, the vast majority of us rely solely on the internet for most of our day to day needs. Be it grocery shopping, buying a next family holiday or car. Selling a home or looking for a new home is no different. At least 90% of buyers source their new homes via portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.

Increasing numbers of online agents have launched in recent years, all promising to sell your property more cheaply. It sounds wonderful, but so often comes at the expense of real customer service.

So is there a middle ground?

The answer again is yes!

Why Are We Different?

We chose to focus on selling property in the county that we live in. We know Surrey intimately, and we love it.

We are far from faceless. We have a Head Office in a beautiful location just outside Cranleigh. We are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday. We actively encourage our clients and buyers to pop in and see us for a coffee and a chat.

We still retain our traditional values by conducting face to face valuations, accompanying all viewings and negotiating all sales. We are still there, supporting you through the sales process right through to completion.

By saving money on expensive high street rents, we can offer the best of both worlds: lower fees and a genuinely personal service, delivered by an experienced and highly motivated team of staff.
